At Steve Madden Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and shoebox, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
